Road map for Tech area

(it depends on points of view, but a roadmap is more practical than theoretical: short, medium or long terms are constructs and involves both experiences and knowledge, so let's take it easy and keep hacking)
All below was from December 2017:

• Short time goals

  1. Start a wiki page with all our projects (not sure is viable, there's git for projects, but a page with all current projects is on its way)

  1. upgrade roadmap with regular reports (not sure if roadmap refers to tech roadmap or what :)
     
  2. A communication campaign to ask for needs to users (that has started early 2019 :)

  ## Medium time Goals

  • Open project to more than one maintainer for all projects
  • Work exclusively with issues tracker

• Projects resilient with a decentralised server system
