  • Local Nodes Proposal for next LN Assembly: that is someone from this Area, mainly, who facilitates (the preparation of) the LN Assemblies

    Notes on assembly: Decided about some urgent tasks we need to do and assigned them on people present. See Backlog.

5. Decide on fixed/regular tasks that are needed in the Area and assign people to handle them. Need to report that in the GA, next Thursday.

a) Translation the general assemblies and for the corresponding pad and the assembly itself. The success of participation of yesterday I find indicative of its importance.

Notes on assembly: Decided to plan specific meetings about FairMarket and UseFaircoin where we can develop their specific roadmap and assign tasks. No fixed role assigned yet.

    Regualr Tasks first, in OCP, most of which people are already doing. Indexing them during assembly

    6. Inicie el registro en las tareas de OCP regular primero, en OCP, la mayoría de la gente ya está haciendo. Decida qué habilidades son necesarias para las tareas en CE (informe a Devs)

We start with setting regular meetings every Friday 17:00 CET, Duration: 2 hours Place: Circular Economy Telegram groupo

Provisional Area Facilitators: Juanse and Michalis, that need to be approved by the next GA. Quarterly reports on facilitators performance (and self-evaluation). Next scheduled: 29/Sept/2017. Not obligatory. Extra-quarter reports when needed.

We mainly talked about the triage process we are going to use for the time being:

  When: Weekly meetings
  Who: People present in the meetings
  How: Discussing proposed tasks and prioritize them in the backlog

On our next meeting we are going to focus more on that, as also how to log them in OCP, while in the mean time we should fill in the backlog.
